What is the Insulin Resistance

Insulin: Glucagon is normal (.6)or high but cholesterol concentration through out the
cell- membrane and within matrix becoming high, then Insulin can’t not work to activate adenylate cyclase of G-protein complex which is present at outer layer of cell membranes .
Adenylate cyclase produces cAMP from ATP and cAMP activate protein to recruit GLUT onto cell- membrane. This GLUT allows Glucose to enter the CELL.
In conclusion, one word for insulin resistance is
” More the blood fat, more the insulin resistance.”
